Kathleen R. O'Toole

Kathleen is an associate at the Boston office of Rawson, Merrigan & Litner LLP and is admitted to practice in Massachusetts. Her practice focuses on general liability, motor vehicle accident claims, workers' compensation, and other insurance-related litigation and personal injury actions.

Kathleen graduated from Suffolk University Law School, cum laude, and earned her bachelor’s degree in English from Wellesley College. During law school, she received the First Year Distinguished Brief Award for outstanding performance in legal writing. She also volunteered at the Domestic Violence Institute at Boston Medical Center where she interviewed women admitted to the Emergency Department about their experiences with partner violence and the effectiveness of abuse prevention services.

Kathleen is a member of the Boston Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association, where she is also a member of the Civil Litigation Section Council for the 2011-12 association year. A native of Centerville, Massachusetts, she now resides in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston.
