Steven M. Litner

Steven M. Litner is a Partner at Rawson, Merrigan & Litner, LLP and works in our Boston office. His practice is focused on the representation of individuals in tort and worker's compensation claims. For fifteen years, he has served as lead counsel in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, product liability, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence and contractual disputes. He is dedicated to obtain just compensation for his clients whether through settlement, verdict or alternative dispute resolution.

Attorney Litner has extensive litigation experience before the State and Federal Courts of the Commonwealth, the Department of Industrial Accidents and various Licensing Boards. He has successfully represented hundreds of clients at arbitration and mediation proceedings. His diligent work ethic, preparation and dedication has established a notable track record for effective representation of his clients.

Attorney Litner graduated, cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts - Amherst in 1992. He earned his Juris-Doctorate, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 1995. While at law school, he was awarded an American Jurisprudence Award, and his thesis on alternative dispute resolution was published by a national periodical.

Attorney Litner lives on the South Shore with his wife, Allyson, and their three sons. He is active in the community, coaches multiple sports and serves as a board member for travel basketball.
